How to use

Take the daily dose in 1 to 2 divided doses.

A starting dose of 5 mg (2 tablets) per day is recommended for adults. If necessary, the daily dose can be increased to 20 mg (8 tablets) and then to 40 mg (16 tablets). Dosage should be increased by 5-10 mg (2-4 tablets) per day over 3 days or more. After reaching a daily dose of 50 mg (20 tablets), the dose can be increased by 25 mg (10 tablets) per day.
